NO BEARINGS INCLUDED – I have the required bearings available here: All Balls 22-2021- Tapered Steering Bearings CRF110/CRF125 2019+ | MB-MX
If bearings are ordered with the triple clamp set, I will install the bearing/seal onto the bottom clamp for free.
CRF110F Fitment Notes – All Balls 22-2021 Bearing kit required for install, you will have to remove the OEM bearing races and install the new tapered races. The removal of the races is rather difficult unfortunately.
The plastic shroud on the OEM CRF110F compression/spanner nut will have to be removed for fitment of the top tapered bearing, otherwise you can order a 2019+ CRF125F compression nut (Honda OEM PN # 53220-K28-910) that has the correct plastic shroud for the tapered bearing.
You *could possibly run the OEM top ball race and bearing, with the tapered bearing on the bottom, but by the time you have the lower OEM race removed you might as well do the top also. If you want to run that configuration and save ~$20, you can order the CRF125F single bearing and seal in the drop down menu located on the bearing kit product page. I have not tested this setup, but I see no reason it wouldn’t work.
CRF125F Fitment Notes – The 2019+ CRF125F comes from the factory with tapered bearings and races, so no race removal is required.
You will still need to either:
A – Remove the stock lower bearing from the OEM triple clamp. This is possible, but rather difficult even with professional tools. Chances are, the seal will be destroyed anyway\
B – Purchase JUST the lower bearing and seal from me (Located on the tapered bearing kit product page drop menu).
